• Growth Tier: $250/month for teams of 10-100 people
• Custom Tier: Contact pricing for organizations 100+ people
• Free Tools: AI Operating System Builder available at no cost

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

Support levels vary by subscription tier:

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will provide reasonable opportunity for you to export your data, subject to our data retention policies.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Eikon Solutions is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
